Colombian Coffee-Growers Axis (Spanish: Eje Cafetero de Colombia) a part the Colombian Paisa region famous for the growing and production of the softest coffee in the world.

The Colombian Cordillera in Quindío is world famous for its rich flavoured coffee with Protected designation of origin.
