Co-location is the business concept of including multiple similar businesses under the same roof.

One of the most well-known practicer of this concept is in the restaurant chain operator Yum! Brands with their KFC, Taco Bell and Pizza Hut divisions, however they are not the only company that uses this concept. The term is also used in the computer industry to describe an independently run data center that hosts servers of multiple companies.
