Category:First-run syndicated television programs
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
First-run syndication refers to programming that is broadcast in the United States for the first time as a syndicated show. Some programs, such as Jeopardy! and Punky Brewster, aired on networks and via first-run syndication at different points during their runs. Also, some programs, such as The Benny Hill Show and SCTV, aired first on networks in other countries before U.S. broadcast via syndication. A program may be placed in this category if during its run, episodes that had not previously been shown in the United States were broadcast via syndication.
