Cascadia is a planned community to the south of Bonney Lake, Washington. Construction began in 2005, and it is estimated that it will take nearly 10 years to complete.[citation needed] Included in the plans are a commercial district, industrial park, schools, as well as parks and open space for residents to enjoy.
