Brent Berlin

Brent Berlin is an American anthropologist. He is most famous for his work with linguist Paul Kay on color, Basic Color Terms: Their Universality and Evolution (1969) (ISBN 1575861623).

Currently, Berlin is Graham Perdue Professor of Anthropology at the University of Georgia, where he is also director of the Center for Latin American and Caribbean Studies. He received his Ph.D. from Stanford University in 1964.
