Billinghay

Billinghay is a village and civil parish in the North Kesteven district of Lincolnshire, England, about ten miles north-east of Sleaford. According to the 2001 census the parish had a population of 1,808. The village lies along the B1189 (for Walcott) near the junction with the A153. Just south of the village towards Sleaford is North Kyme.
The village contains two schools, The Lafford High School (Secondary Modern), and Billinghay Primary School, both on Fen Road. The Lafford School gets the lowest GCSE results in Lincolnshire (and the sixth worst in England).
The village also has one of the UK's top Twinning Associations, twinned with Ballon, France. The parish church is dedicated to St Michael & All Angels. The village pubs is the Ship Inn on High Street.
