Ashok (Telugu: అశోక్) is a 2006 Telugu film directed by Surender Reddy (of Athanokkade fame). The film, which was released on July 13 2006, stars Jr. NTR and Sameera Reddy.

A auto mobile mechanic Ashok (Jr. NTR) is thrown out of the house by his rough acts which kills his grand mother (Ramaprabha). His father (Prakash Raj) is compelled to through out Ashok. Anjali (Sameera Reddy) is a neighbour and Ashok falls in love with her. K.K.(Sonu Sood) sees Anjali in an accident and he also falls in love with her. While saving Anjali from the clutches of K.K, Ashok's friend Raja (Rajeev Kanakala) is killed by K.K.'s gang. This angers Ashok who is sent off to Delhi according to a plan laid by K.K, K.K.'s mother(Vadipukarassi) and Ashok's father and he rushes back to Hyderabad to save his family and Anjali. While Ashok is fighting with K.K., K.K.'s mother enters the seen to shoot Ashok. But the bullet hits K.K. and K.K.'s mother falls down. Ashok takes away Anjali.
