Ardhangani - Ek Khoobsurat Jeevan Saathi is a Hindi TV serial that airs on Zee TV since October 29, 2007, based on the concept of how beauty turns into a curse.

The story is based on the life of simple girl name Kangana, who belongs to a traditional Bengali family in Kolkata. Kangana is an exceptionally beautiful girl who knows that she can attract any man, but she still hopes for a life partner who will admire and respect her for what she is and not her beauty. But her beauty becomes a curse for her, which changes her life forever!
On the other hand, Kangana's own loved-ones (her sister Roktima and mother Susmita) try to destroy every happiness that enters in Kangana's life. As the story steps further, Kangana's childhood sweetheart, Priyam comes back from America and the love story of Kangana and Priyam begins.
