Anna Salai

Anna Salai formerly Mount Road is the most important arterial road in Chennai, India. It starts at the Cooum Creek, south of Fort St George and extends till Little mount, in Saidapet and hence the older name of Mount Road [1].
The road runs through the centre of the city and is home to numerous landmarks and government buildings in Chennai.
