The Amzon region of Colombia is part of the Amazon rainforest.
The Amazonía Region is a region in southern Colombia. It comprises the departments of Amazonas, Caquetá, Putumayo, Guainía, Putumayo, and Vaupés. The region is marked by its unique jungles part of the Amazon rainforest. It covers an extension of 403,000 km². 35% of the Colombian total territory.[1]
