Alder Grange Community and Technology School is an award winning school set in the east Lancashire town of Rawtenstall. Under its awards are a head teacher of the year award two years ago and an outstanding school award of Ofsted and her majesty's royal inspector.

On fronts in many areas of school life it has built up a link with the desig council in helping to design schools of the future and how to make current schools better. 1 year ago it opened its new multi million pound sports hall which is open for public use.
