Aqsa, Aksa, al-Aksa or al-Aqsa Aqsa Sukhera (Arabic: الأقصى) may refer to:

• The Aksa (company), a Turkish company manufacturing natural white and solution dyed acrylic staple fiber, tow and tops for yarn spinning and non wovens production
• The al-Aqsa Mosque located in Jerusalem
• The al-Aqsa Intifada, a phase of the Israeli-Palestinian conflict starting in late 2000
• The al-Aqsa Martyrs' Brigades, a Palestinian militant group
• The al-Aqsa Foundation, a charity with alleged ties to the Palestinian Hamas organization
• Aqsa Parvez, 16-year-old girl killed by her father.
