Abbot Group plc is an oil contracting company based in Aberdeen, Scotland, chairmaned by Alasdair Locke. It is listed on the London Stock Exchange and is a constituent of the FTSE 250 Index.

The group has two operating divisions, KCA Deutag and Bentec, which provide drilling and related well and facilities engineering services to the energy industry. It is a market leader in the North Sea and also operates in locations such as Russia, the Middle East, Caspian Region, North and West Africa, and Asia.

Group turnover for the year ended 31 December 2004 was £366.9 million and profits were £21.9 million before tax.
