The A17 road is a road linking Newark-on-Trent in Nottinghamshire, United Kingdom, to King's Lynn in Norfolk. It stretches for a distance of 100 kilometres travelling across the flat Fen landscapes of southern Lincolnshire.

The road follows the following route:

• Newark (where it joins the A1 and the A46
• north of Sleaford
• Heckington (bypassed)
• Holbeach (bypassed)
• Long Sutton, Little Sutton and Sutton Bridge (bypassed)
• King's Lynn

The road has a local reputation for being incredibly boring, and many as a result is one of the most dangerous roads in Lincolnshire, with many deaths yearly.
