- January - the Siege of Pyongyang http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Siege_of_Pyongyang_%281593%29. Over 80,000 Chinese, Korean and Japanese army fought in Pyongyang with most advanced cannons and artillery. Japanese invasion army was defeated in one day.
