Águilas Cibaeñas is a team in the Dominican Republic's winter baseball league. Founded in 1936, and based in Santiago, the Águilas are one of the most successful teams in the league's history, having won eight of the last 12 titles (the other four were won by Tigres del Licey). They have also 5 Caribbean World Series.

They are currently the 2006/2007 Dominican Winter League Champions and the Caribbean Series Champions.
