Ralph Beebe Blackman (1904-??) is an American mathematician and engineer who was among the pioneers of the information age along with Claude E. Shannon, Hendrik Wade Bode, and John Tukey. He worked at Bell Laboratories in the 1960s and authored books on the topic of spectrum estimation.
