James Lindenberg was born in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania on December 20 1921. He moved to the Philippines in the 1940s. He is credited for his founding of Bolinao Electronics Corporation (BEC), which has grown into what is now ABS-CBN, a Philippine Television network.
